You would need to use loft to do that. There has been some sample posted here on the forum but can't find that right now. Check youtube and you should find something there.
I had a similar part a while ago that was giving me problems. Here is a discussion where I got several good suggestions about how to handle it. Maybe you can pick up some ideas.
I'm really not having great luck like some of the lofts I've seen on here that show this very accurately and nicely. I was really hoping for a cheat like a flatten tube button, but cie la vie.
Would someone happen to have a sample part file I can dissect to see the appropriate method of doing it from a weldment tube?
