I've searched the forum for information on how to change the email address for my forum profile, and found that the solution is to request the change at the SW Customer Portal log-in screen. My problem is that I do not have a customer portal login since I'm using a student version of the software and those services are apparently not provided with student versions. When I try going to the Customer Portal Login I get an error message "403 Forbidden - Access denied to this resource". I apparently was registered for the forum a couple of years ago when I got the SW File Viewer and the email address used at that time is no longer valid.
Can anybody out there help?
