My Measure Tool is stuck on millimeters. The window pop up when using the tool doesn't display the window to change units. Any ideas as to fix this?

Click on Options-> Document Properties -> Units and set units as required.
Thanks for the rapid response. Yes, I have the document properties set to inch, pound but it's the Measure Tool itself. My colleagues have all had this problem at first, we just upgraded to 2018, and when you click on the icon and the window pops up, there's the option to change units but that window does not pop up on my solid works. I don't understand why nor can my colleagues.
If measure settings are not available:
- something must be wrong with SW installation.
Make sure SW has been installed from the Administrative Image.
Are you not seeing this pop up? (highlighted in yellow)
If that is the case, then it may be offscreen.
If it IS off screen, then hitting ALT + SPACE then hitting the M key will initiate the move window command. Then use your arrow keys and see if you can get it back on screen.

I don't understand why windows and windows type programs can't detect viewable area and just make sure that windows are always inside that area. The computer knows whether we have 2 monitors or 1. I get that they may be squished sometimes. But who would want a window off screen.....ever?
Dan, I am having the same issue with the measure tool. However the alt+space them M does not pop up the window on the other screen. I have tried multiple files including parts and assemblies to no avail. Any other ideas?
