Where are you saving the result files? Right mouse on the study name and goto properties.
I save the result files in the work folder
the problem is only in the 2021 version

I am sure that is a technically accurate answer but I need more detail. Would you share the actual full folder path that you are storing your CAD files and Simulation results in? Is it a path to a network? Is it a path to a folder managed by a cloud storage system like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive?
The specifics of your answer to these questions might be able to explain why you are seeing this error.
