for some reason this assembly is not meshing i tried everything from medium, to the finest smallest mesh
there is no interferences
there is a circular cable inside a thermal paste which sits inside a tool plate
the tool plate has 1/16th dia holes in 1x1'' spacing

I do not have dropbox. It was a full mesh. I did increase the max mesh size and meshed in 34 minutes now. I did not check memory usage during meshing. Here are mesh setup and details.
is this solidworks 2021? my mesh control doesnt have all those options
also is there any way u can get drop box its free you can post it up and send the link and then delete it, would help alot idk if its because i dont have 2021 sldwrks or what but nothing seems to work, i ran a super super fine mesh for 27 hours and it failed for the paste and wire

it just came in my mind that the SWX2020 commercial is /= the educational 2020 because the edu is always one step behind, wich means it's only compatibel to the SWX2019 commercial!

after hours and hours, trying to generate a mesh with bores, I gave up.
Meshing took much longer now, even in SWX 2021, and solving has just right now finished...

haha thank you so much but doesnt look correct, i think its like 10,018W total on the wire which is like 700 deg F, but this temperature shows -168F lol, I appreciate your help though

Have checked the parameters ... but don't have a clue what's going wrong here.
10 kW heat power
convection 1 W/m²K seem to be a little low for air convection - but should result in even hotter temps
6061 alloy for the plate
alloy 825 für the heat spiral
and 293 environment temp
... should result in pretty high temps.
Maybe some conversion issue?!

that seems alot better, maybe resetting the ambient temp for convention may help?
After spending lots of time, I was finally able to get what looks like reasonable result with your mesh.zip assembly. First, I installed SW 2019 sp4 since you said you did not have the mesh options I had. I could not open the file because future version. So I went back to my 2020-2021 Educational version. I could not get it to mesh as you have designed. It did not like the heating element being tangent to the bottom of the groove. It did not like thermal paste having a zero thickness, so I raised it up.
Next issue was heat was not transferring from element through thermal paste to the plate, so I allowed gaps of 0.1 mm in the incompatible bonding component contacts.
I ran first with using your convection of 1 except with 296 K Temperatures were around 2800 K, so I reran with 10 convection coefficient that Heiko suggested.
I am attaching zipped up model and Word report. One thing to note with Thermal analysis in Simulation Professional, surfaces that do not have convection or are not bonded to other surfaces are insulated. Not heat can enter or exit through them. So no heat is exiting through the small holes if that is their purpose.
If you can open the models, use WLM configuration and Thermal2 study.
Here is a better model to work with. I took your heating element and fully defined the path for the sweep. It is important that you fully define everything. If not, too easy to accidentally move stuff. I inserted this part into a new assembly. I then inserted a new part into the assembly for the thermal paste. While editing this new part in the context of the assembly, inserted new sketch for the path. I selected the path sketch from the heating element and convert entities. This will ensure bot paths are the same. Next, sketched a rectangle for the sweep profile. Used both of these sketches for sweep feature. Next, while still editing the paste part in the context of the assembly I created a cavity feature, subtracting the element part from it. This ensures good contacts between the element and paste parts. Finished with the paste part, so back to editing the assembly. Finally inserted a new part for the tool plate and made the basic size of the plate by extruding a rectangle. Edited the tool plate in the context of the assembly and added a cavity feature, subtracting the element and paste parts. Selected the top face of the cavity feature and inserted a sketch, converting the edges of the face for an extrude cut to cut the rest of the groove for the heating element and paste. This ensures good contact between the paste and tool plate.
This one looks even better than previous one. You can see it is hotter from bottom where grooves are. I did not model in the small holes, but they could be added easily.
