I'm using SW2015 SP5.
I've used the toolbox to generate 2 straight miter gears (one with 16 teeth, the second with 32) to have a ratio of 2:1.
the parts generated don't fit.
can some one help me ?

you mean that the gear calculated cannot be used for CNC machining ?
No, gears from the SolidWorks toolbox generate are nice to look at, give the impression that the design is almost finished, but have no other value.
To calculate exact gears with desired quality and backlash, is a total different story.
Yes, that is what I mean by “cosmetic”.
Pretty to look at, not realistic geometry.

I have good parametric models for straight spur gears (Parametric Spur Gears - Internal, External, Inch, Metric ). You are welcome to use them to make your own miter gears.
You can also download dumb solids from several gear supplier websites. Even McMaster-Carr has some, but they might not match your specific needs McMaster-Carr 16P, 16T , McMaster-Carr 16P, 32T
