Craig, Thank you that did exactly that, so in reality it would not have created the polygons it would have machined circles? It was just simulation settings that made it appear as polygons.
In this case yes but there is a balance to these settings and your Solid Works model settings.

That is strange....
Normally I'd say:
Open SOLIDWORKS Options
Select Document Properties
Go to Image Quality
Move sliders to the right side
OK
Rebuild
But looking at the text, this is in very fine resolution, so not sure this will help?
