Macro to change radius to diameter dimension on sketch.

Hello, I would like to change the radius to the diameters in the sketch between line and center line by revolve but i don't know how. I'm novice.

My piece of code looks like this:

swDoc.Extension.SelectByID2 "Line3", "SKETCHSEGMENT", -5.51006596760492E-02, 0.019141917973462, 0, False, 0, Nothing, 0

I have found only one way that lets you add a diameter dimension when I was working on a previous macro:
1. Create one diameter dimension by hand. You have to do that in each SolidWorks session.
2. Add the dimension with the API so that the dimension is doubled. If you add the dimension on one side of the centerline, it becomes a radius dimension. If you position it at the other side of the centerline, it becomes a diameter dimension.
It's annoying, but it works for me I added a question to my macro "Have you already added a diameter dimension in this session?" so I can't forget.

I hope there's a setting to double an existing radius dimension, now that I think of it.
