I was unable to login into SolidWorks forums for about one week. Did any other have problems with that? Now it works again. Asked help from our VAR and don't know what was the problem.

Tom Gagnon had the similar issue noted in this thread: "Kitty Dump" - SWIFT - "Dumpty Dump"
Look for the July 15th comments. Don't know what the resolution is/was.
I had the same issue - empty screen when trying to log in. VAR is on it. Pretty anoying as I had just started a thread.
I had the same problem but only from Last Friday to early afternoon Tuesday.
I contacted my VAR (Trimech) and they checked with Solidworks who told them that the problem had been reported by quite a few users.
I received an email at 12.44 pm Tuesday saying the the problem had been rectified and sure enough I was able to log in normally.
I immediately changed my password, just in case.

And this is a company, that want us to go online and keep our precious data in the cloud only. And it takes them almost a full week to fix a simple forum login.
Can you imagine the losses if we can't access our CAD data for a week?
Here's the reply I got from Dassault Support at 9PM last night after contacting them 5 days after my original support request:

Hello Jim,
It shows that your login ID does not exist in our system, which means your customer portal account is not created successfully. Please go to the website below to register a new account:

Luckily, I had been trying to log in periodically yesterday and noticed that the problem was corrected long before Dassault told me to start over from scratch.

To be "fair", this forum is not in their infrastructure.
It is run and maintain by another company.
Now Dassault's 3D Experience platform is something else.

And stick to it!!!
Someone else made that observation on one of the other threads I follow. IDK the reason. At least you are in good company. Probably related to the latest Microsoft updates.
