I'd like to make splitted bom. You can see in the pictures down what I mean (Upper one is the situation now and down one is the goal result). How to split and rename down part of the BOM differently than upper part?
2. Select all the cells in that row, right-click, and choose "Merge cells".
3. Double-click on the balloon number text. You may get a message notifying you that editing this value will break something and do you want to continue. Click "Yes" and enter the desired text.
Thank you. It works perfectly.
Somehow I can't mark this as correct because I don't have the button. Have they removed it?

It's because you started this as a Discussion instead of a Question. See How do I do this SOLIDWORKS Forum thing?, posted by Dan Pihlaja, beginning with #2 Regarding Questions:.
To add to Mr. Schroeder's post, if the assemblies get large enough part-wise or hardware-wise, then I suggest adding the custom property "IsFastener" to your hardware files and set it to 1.
Then add a new column to your BOM of the type "custom property", set to IsFastener.
This will allow you to sort the BOM by IsFastener, for new drawings and for modified drawings as the BOM part order will be different with hardware and parts intermingled.
Once sorted, hide the IsFastener column. To sort again, show the IsFastener column and resort.
Another approach is to split the sorted BOM at the row transitioning from parts to hardware.
The BOM header row will be repeated and you won't have a "SCREWS" header row.
But this method will allow you to relocate your hardware BOM from your parts BOM.
On changes, merge the BOM, resort and split again at the new junction.
