In order to reinstall Solidworks, I want to deinstall all my existing Solidworks files.

The deinstalling doesn't work because of a major error (I translated from German "Schwerwiegender Fehler").

It doesn't provide any suggestion other then contacting the technical support which seems only possible with some subcription.

Could anyone help me? Would be really appreciated
