I've noticed this in the most recent service pack but it may have appeared in earlier one.
when a sketch goes dangling, curing it does not remove the flag or the warning message.
The message will still say the sketch contains dangling or unresolved references, even though "Display/Delete Sketch Relations" shows no relations with errors.
Forcing a rebuild of the sketch (CTRL+Q) and re-opening the model
