I saw one other post on this. But I wanted to see if anyone has any better approaches.

I would like to be able to make configuration based part with variable length. Essentially, I'm trying to replicate toolbox functionality outside of the toolbox. 

Lets take a C-Channel. I would like to be able to be able to select the channel size, then input the length. So far I've been pretty unsuccessful.
