Is there an equivalent function or formula to replace the IF AND?  I want to be able to set up length#1 to be determined if length#2 is larger than a certain #,  AND a height#1 is larger than a certain #

basically I wanted to the equation to look like this

Basically both "Overall Length" and "Overall Height" need to be true for 26, if not then 56.
