Hallo,

I have a question about opening files via the 3dExperience platform. Until today I was able to go through the common space in the right area of the window from solid works and select and open models there. Since today this is no longer possible. Whenever I try to open a model, I get the message "No file could be opened" (see illustration). Can anyone help me with this?
