So I'm trying to make this sink model:

So far i've made this:

Now, I'm having a hard time doing these details in the front. I want the bulges to follow the surface of the sink so that they go along with the ellipse that creates the sink surface. I've tried all the tricks I know, but with no luck to get a good result. The ones I was able to make are just extrusions from a split profile in the surface,
