have you guys ever been this experience that got error that couldn`t insert part or assembly at inserting again after deleted same part or assembly?

1. insert any part or assembly by be created program with api

2. delete it (because someone might though not good. so someone might want to delete it manually)

3. and then someone retry it that insert some part with program that created with api
