If you try to check on the "SolidWorks CAM" in the "Add-ins" dialog box and it remains unchecked if you re-open the "Add-ins" dialog box, do the following.

1. While in SolidWorks, click the "Help" (Question Mark, upper right corner), select "Licenses" > "Activate".

2. Click "Select All" > click "Next".

3. Click "Finish".

4. If the SolidWorks CAM Toolbars do not come on right away, check on the "SolidWorks CAM" in the "Add-ins" dialog. Reboot SolidWorks.
