I have a problem i hope someone can help me with.

I have aquired a tubular frame drawing for a car. This is in OBJ and STL formats, mesh.

What i want to do is to make this drawing into Solids or something else, so they can be used for working drawing to manifacture parts from. How would the experts go about doing this? Is it also possible to convert the blue highlights in second image to
