Somehow I have lost the ability to rotate the model with mouse scroll button pressed.

Can not find the menu to switch this option on again. Pressing spacebar and choosing the right angle of model view is not flexible enough

Where I can configure this mouse scroll button option? Unfortunately didnt find in mouse gestures and so on
