Hello everybody!

I am trying to add the environment in SOLIDWORKS Visualize, but the environment is not displayed and the background remains white.

By noticing the reflection of the piece, you can see the environment.

Previously I was able to render a file with environment normally.

Today, when trying to do a job, this error occurs.

What would be causing this?
