Hi Everyone,

I am doing weld check study on design which have weld size of 4.5 mm, But after simulation the size of weld shown by simulation is very high 3000 mm. 

The Simulation is done for T section, where thickness is t=4.76 mm for both. Length of beam is 2000 mm and height 130 mm.

Two Remote Load of 785 N (distance = 472.5 mm) and 110 N (distance = -276 mm) is applied from the center of beam on area
