Hi, I'm new to here. 

I'm a SOLIDWORKS PREMIUM user.

I can open files like SLDPART, CATPART ...and others using only SOLIDWORKS without Python.

I need to read all file in specific folder (about 1000 files), and convert them to STL format. 

So, I tried to use python and to open these types of files.

However, CATPART files fail to open due to an error (it seems like they are not unsupported)
