This problem is still present in PDM 2023SP5: the dialog in task hosts is truncated in the lower part and about 4 hosts in the list are not visibile and their selection is not possible as the check box is not accessible.

This kind of UI problems for Japanese localization are not new and should be addressed as they cause a lot of inconveniences.
