I have a macro that does the following steps.

First save STEP of the part or assembly in the same folder as the part or assembly.

Second open the drawing.

Third save pdf of the drawing in the same folder as the drawing.

Fourth close the drawing.

Now I notice that if the drawing is already open that the macro does not open or make the drawing active and does not save the drawing as PDF.
