Need some help

I'm having issues in the assembly making a hole go through multiple parts. I can place the hole in the assembly and it shows ( or so it seems) but this is without the "Propagate feature to parts" ticked(Picture 1 &2 ). Then when I tick the box the hole disappears from the assembly entirely even though it still shows in the assembly tree(Picture 3&4). the Hole doesn't show up on the part
