Interesting glitch I have never seen before. Any insight would be appreciated.. 

Coworker created a sheet metal part, and the sharp corners of the solid part stayed after the conversion. 

I created the exact same part on my user account, (same network shared SW license, same sheet metal settings under document properties) and it generated correctly with the bend radius and no sharp corners.
