This one is new to me. Happened several times when moving or rotating a part/sub-assembly. Solidworks freezes hard - task manager is the only option. 

The parts that are "transparent" were rotated by simply using right-click (they were not transparent when being rotated). Also, notice the little grey box/dot to the right, if I hover over it my cursor changes to the "move part" icon.

Anyone seen this
