We just migrated to SW 2020 SP5 from SW 2019 SP5. On 2019 we had it set up so that when we created a new part within a assembly the new Solidworks Document dialog would open showing all of our custom start parts. How can I get this to work again?

Another problem I'm seeing is we have a purchased part library in the Solidworks PDM vault containing all of our standard purchased components. I have added that folder to the design library but I cannot see all of the parts/assemblies/folders within that library. I can see some of the components, but not all of them.
