I've been using fusion 360 and had no issues with my 3D mouse, I just bought a subscription for 3D experience so I can use Solidworks Connected, but as of right now I haven't managed to get my mouse to work.

I found under tools>Add-ins the "Other add-ins" section with the option to enable "3Dconnexion Add-In for SOLIDWORKS" when I select the box and click ok, it still doesn't work. if I go back to these
