I’m making a sign that has large block letters out of 11g steel. They are approx 18” tall and 6” thick. Here are the steps I have so far…

1. Create a sketch of a letter, an E for example. 
2. Using Extruded Boss I extrude the letter to 6” to make a solid body

3. Convert the solid body to sheet metal (pick a surface and the bend lines).
