Hi all. I am currently working on an assembly and any time I try to Extrude cut, it shows up as a boss. Now I know I am not selecting the wrong thing because boss extrude isn't even an option when working with assemblies. I have tried making the cut on different planes, changing to large assembly settings, rebuilding, etc., and nothing seems to make these "blocks" not show up when I am making a cut.
