Hi, 

I want to place an annotation  with MACRO or API as the following picture shows(above), the requirement is the leader perpendicular to the face and align with other annotations, but my creation is either not aligned(following middle)  or not perpendicular to the face(following down). 

My question is 

1)how to create an annotation with macro as the following above ?

2) or how to modify an annotation
