Put in a button that will send the message to SolidWorks "I hate this".
When this button is pressed it will send the status of the software and the actions that are occurring with a possible note field.
When something is bad in the use of the software many users will press the "I hate this" button.
SolidWorks then can tackle the most unlinked features.
