As seen below it put cable_1 in my Bom multiple times.  The problem is as follows, these are called Cable^cable_1, 2 ,3 and so on.  When I go in the part file and look at configuration properties, it shows I have "user specified name" and have put in something different but still isn't displayed.  

The item # 46 was made similar but brought in as an assembly instead of as a part. But changing that part
