How to set the QTY in the dimension text of Hole Callout with API ?

like below picture, we want to change the QTY info, but keep other dimension text with its text .Only the QTY  , the <Num INST> .

could you help to show the API interface ? which memeber we can use to set it Drawings And DetailingDrawings And Detailing
