I am an IT support person in a college and I am trying to install Solidworks 2024 SP5 using Administrative image for a faculty who has Solidworks 2022 SP5 already installed.

I have tried uninstalling 2022 version first before installing version 2024, but it keeps failing at installing Solidworks Electrical, with the error message "Error Status 149 0 "Product:SOLIDWORKS Electrical ErrorCode:27502
