I'm new to PDM and I can't get past the 1st hurdle of adding files.

I've managed to create a test folder but when I try to drag & drop files or do a save as all I get is the below error messages. Our IT is in the USA and I can't ask until this afternoon. Anyone got any ideas. I've tried all sorts of file types, non of them work.
