I Can use it once when I open a model but once I rotate the part, it will not let me use the rotate command with my mouse a second time. After some clicking around i noticed that if i click in a different window or anywhere outside if the SolidWorks interface, i can then go back to SolidWorks and use the rotate command with my mouse again, but only once. I have to repeat the process again of clicking
