I'm trying to install the latest SolidWorks update.  2024 SP3.1.  I'm in the installation manager and ready to download the necessary files, but "Download Now" is greyed out.

I can't re-size that window.  My display is set to 100% at native resolution.

I can hit tab 3X, then Enter, and that brings up an acceptance box.  I click OK, but still cannot proceed.

Any ideas?
