I am writing a VBA procedure to add custom decals to parts. 

The procedure is only adding decals to displaystates linked to active configuration in the part. However, the same procedure when executed manually gets reflected in all display states across all configurations.

Post application the decal shows the following properties under the apperance tab
Image file path: matches the
