I have a sketch that I am trying to revolve boss base in order to make a shape.  I have saved the sketch in order to make sure it is right.  When I select revolve boss base sometimes I get the feature manager and sometimes it won't open.  Either way I can't get it to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
