i want some help about solidwork costing. How can i add a custom operation to a calculated part from the custom library on the template editor?

Is there a way to make a rule that take information from custom properties of the part to add cost?

For example i have a custom property for production phase.

i want a rule that if that tab is active then to add a cost. Is there a way?
