Hello :

I have a problem doing a simple assembly, I have two sub assembly which I call them front wheel assembly and back wheel assembly, both do have to wheels which they are free to rotate any direction. When I make the final assembly which is adding a basket to these wheel assemblies, the neither one of these wheels will rotate no more and I have tried so many different ways and no lock. What I am
