Hello I have been stuck on this issue for a while and would really appreciate some suggestions

I am applying 250W of heat power to an Aluminum part for one second and then watching it cool. The von-Mises plots for each step show that the yield strength is greater than the maximum stress. Yet when I run the simulation for extended cooling times (when I know the part is fully cooled to the initial temperature).
