The latest update may have changed something with my spline control. When I open a new sketch, draw a standard spline in empty space, and then go to control the arrows it goes haywire. Attached is a video of the problem. 

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I also tired to reset all of my changed settings to default and it still happens. 

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
