As the title states, I cannot rotate the view in small increments with the left arrow key. Up, down, and right work fine. Ctrl+left arrow works as it should. Shift+left arrow works as well. I can also navigate my desktop and other apps with the left arrow key, so I know it's not a keyboard problem. Does anyone know how to restore this simple function without returning everything to the factory settings?
