I have created a surface using two sketch profiles and a guide edge for the boundary boss function.  I can wrap a text sketch and extrude off the surface.  But, there is a weird "convergence point" in between the J and K (see pics) that will not allow the extrusion to complete.  This also happens to be where the two sketch profiles converge (see pics).  Not sure what is going on.  Thanks in advance.
