I am using the ComponentReference to store information. 

This works fine as long as the containing assembly ist not in stat "Felxible". If the latter is the case, the ComponentReference values will not be stored in the document, i.e. after saving and reloading the document the values in the ComponentReferences are gone.

Why is that so and is there a way to make it work even with flexible assemblies?
