Where do I start?

I paid for the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Professional subscription, my email is hallam@gmail.com. The subscription does not appear in my account but I do have an email confirming that I paid. 

'Your subscription is valid from 02/23/2024 to 02/22/2025.'

Web site is utterly useless since robots are not programmed to cope with the result of the system being buggy. There is no visible contact
